Courtroom 600 - The Nuremberg Trials

The Nuremberg trials marked the first time in history that representatives of the Nazi Regime were personally tried for planning and war crimes. In the movie, witnesses to the trials (including Markus Wolf and Richard Sonnenfeldt) recall this history-making event.

From 1933 to 1938, Nazi Party rallies took place in Nuremberg. They were propagandistic mass spectacles meant to mobilize the German people for ideological and military ends. In the movie witnesses recall how their enthusiasm for Nazi Germany helped lead to the country's downfall.
